Exchange & Refund Policy
CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEMS?
Yes, items purchased from Flexo can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below:
• The item is damaged, defective, or faulty at the time of delivery
• The received product does not match the original order or specifications
• The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
To initiate an exchange request, you must inform us within 12 hours of receiving your order by emailing seasonwears2020@gmail.com or calling +92 330 8390371.
All exchange requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness for both parties.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or defective product, a replacement will be arranged.
You are required to email clear photographic evidence of the issue along with your order number to seasonwears2020@gmail.com within 12 hours of delivery for the claim to be processed.
NON-ELIGIBLE EXCHANGE CASES
Unfortunately, we cannot process exchanges in the following situations:
• Exchange request made after the allowed time period
• Product damaged due to use, washing, or mishandling
• Any signs of tampering
• Missing original packaging, tags, labels, accessories, or freebies
Please note that we do not offer refunds or money-back guarantees on purchased items.
HOW DO I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?
To exchange an item, please send the product to our warehouse using any courier service convenient for you.
Once we receive the package and verify its condition, your exchange request will be processed.
A delivery charge of PKR 250 will be collected as Cash on Delivery (COD) when the exchanged item is delivered.

What are your shipping rates ans delivery time?
Enjoy nationwide shipping at a flat rate of RS-250! Our estimated delivery time is 6-7 working days, but we strive to deliver your order as soon as possible, often within 4-5 days, after confirmation.
can I cancel or change my order?
Need to make a change? No problem! You can modify your order, including color, size, or other details, at the time of confirmation by contacting via call or message. Alternatively, you can cancel before dispatching of your order once dispatched you have to receive.

What if I receive a damaged or defective item?
We apologize if you receive a damaged or defective item. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we'll provide a replacement.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your shipping address or simply at the time of conformation. We'll do our best to accommodate changes before the order ships.
